Kek soğuduktan sonra istenirse ortadan ayrılıp arasına arzu edilen bir krema sürülüp ikinci parça üzerine konulup;hazırlanan krem şanti ile üzeri kaplanarak dövülmüş antep fıstığı ile süslenir.</font></span></p>
